reflect county population estimates available as of April 2003.
The Census Bureau has revised county population figures for Franklin, FL
and Gulf, FL; Adams, WI and Marquette, WI; and for Grayson, VA, Russell, VA,
and Wise + Norton, VA for 2000-2001 as part of its Count Question Resolution
program for challenges to group quarter or housing units figures from the 2000
Census. Census has not yet adjusted population figures for these areas prior to
2000 in order to be consistent with the newly revised 2000-2001 population.

type and industry but they are excluded from personal income.
