RAND Texas Adult Drug Treatment lists adult (ages 18 and higher) admissions to programs funded by the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. It also provides some associated demographic data. Please note that time periods reflect calendar years. Beginning in 2003, ethnicity data is not provided due to HIPPA regulations. HIPAA suppression limit for county level data is any value less than 10 The source is the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse.
